Lead Routes

Lead routes are custom rules that determine where a new lead is sent after a user submits a form. If a lead does not match any of the defined rules, it will be sent to the default site contact email. The default site contact email can be updated on the Edit Site page.

Important Information

  • Site-Specific: Lead routes are specific to the currently selected site.
  • Priority: Lead routes are processed in a specific order, which can be managed by dragging and dropping rows in the table. The first route that matches the lead's criteria will be used.

Features

  • Create Lead Route: Click the "Create Lead Route" button to define a new lead routing rule.
  • Table of Existing Routes: This table displays all existing lead routing rules for the selected site.
ColumnDescription
Route IDA unique identifier for the lead route.
TypeThe name of the form type associated with the route. If this is a "Catch-all" route, it means it applies to all forms that do not match other specified routes.
ConditionsThe specific rules that must be met for this route to be triggered. For example, a condition could be based on a field value submitted in a form.
AdminContains controls to manage the lead route, including options to Edit or Delete the route.
