Autoresponders

This page allows you to manage automated email sequences, known as autoresponders, for new leads. Autoresponders are used to send a series of emails to a lead based on their type, helping to nurture the lead and provide them with relevant information. You must have admin access to a site to manage autoresponders.

Autoresponder Table​

This table displays all the existing autoresponders for the currently selected site. It provides a quick overview of each autoresponder's key details.

Available Actions​

Create Autoresponder​

Click the Create Autoresponder button to create a new autoresponder from scratch. This will take you to a new page with a form to define the autoresponder's settings, content, and email sequence.

Admin Dropdown Menu​

Each row in the table has an Admin dropdown menu (represented by a gear icon) that provides the following options for managing a specific autoresponder:

  • Edit: Modify the details, settings, and email content of the autoresponder.
  • Test Autoresponder: Send a test email to a specified address to verify that the autoresponder is working correctly.
  • Delete: Permanently remove the autoresponder.
