Site Settings
This page allows you to add a new site or edit an existing site. Use the forms to configure various aspects of your real estate website, including site details, data feed connections, and content overrides.
View Sites Page and click Edit Settings on an existing site or Add New Site to see this form.
General Settings
This section contains the core information for your website.
| Label | Description |

| Site Name | This name is used for the site's subdomain, which will be in the format your-site-name.peakidxsites.com. It can only contain lowercase letters and hyphens and must not begin or end with a hyphen. |
| Default Lead Assignment User | The default user to assign leads to for this site. |
| Contact Phone | The contact phone number for the site. |
| Company Name | The name of your company, which will appear in the site's footer. |
| Time Zone | Sets the time zone for the site. |
| Select Website Type | Choose between Hosted by PeakIDX, a site that uses our Wordpress Plugin in Iframe or Proxy mode, or Static Site On CDN (see CDN / Static Site Integration). |
| Wordpress Domain | If using the Wordpress Plugin, enter the domain where the plugin is installed (e.g., https://www.your-wordpress-site.com). |
| Wordpress Prefix Slug | The URL path that PeakIDX will use to proxy requests on your Wordpress site (e.g., /real-estate/). The slug must start and end with a forward slash. |
| CDN Site Domain | If using Static Site On CDN, enter the public domain of your static site (e.g., https://www.your-static-site.com) with no slashes or path at the end. |
| CDN URL Prefix | The URL path on your static site that is sent to PeakIDX (e.g., /real-estate/). The prefix must start and end with a forward slash and can only contain lower case letters and hyphens. |
| Enable AI? | Your site comes with AI features like AI Listing Search and the ability to create custom chatbots for internal or public use. These features can be enabled or disabled site-wide with this option. |
| AI Monthly Budget | Please enter a dollar amount to limit AI spending per month. AI features will be automatically disabled once the limit is exceeded and you may be charged slightly more than this limit. |
Content Override Options
This section allows you to customize the default text for key pages on your site. Leave a field blank to use the system's default content.

| Thank You Page Title & Body | Overrides the default title and body text for the page displayed after a user submits a form. |
| Privacy Policy Page Title & Body | Overrides the default title and body text for the Privacy Policy page. |
| Terms of Use Page Title & Body | Overrides the default title and body text for the Terms of Use page. |
Forced Registration Options
By default, users can search the site and view listings without registering. If you want to force users to register to continue their search, you can enable those options here.

| Forced Registration Mode | If you select "Hard Capture", users will not be able to close the popup window without registering. If you select "Soft Capture", users can close the popup and continue searching, but they will see the popup again after hitting the limit again. Selecting "No Forced Registration" will disable forced registration. No Forced Registration |
| Listing View Limit | The number of listing detail pages a user can view before they are asked to register. You may want to start with 5 and adjust based on your needs. |
| AI Prompt Limit | The number of AI chat prompts an anonymous user can send before being asked to register. Set to 0 to disable. |
| Forced Registration Popup Title | The title text displayed in the forced registration popup. |
| Forced Registration Popup Body | The body text displayed in the forced registration popup. |
