Add/Edit Autoresponder

This page allows you to create or edit autoresponder emails. An autoresponder is an automated email sent to a lead after they take a specific action on your website, such as filling out a form or requesting more information.

View Autoresponders Page and click the Admin dropdown menu (represented by a gear icon) next to an autoresponder, then select Edit or click the Create Autoresponder button to add a new autoresponder.

Lead Type

  • Description: This is a required dropdown menu that determines which type of lead will trigger this autoresponder. For example, you might create a specific autoresponder for leads who request a free home valuation.

Subject

  • Description: This is a required text field for the subject line of the autoresponder email.

Main Image

  • Description: An optional field to upload a main image for the autoresponder email. The image must be a JPEG, PNG, or GIF and must be within the specified size constraints (maximum 650x2000 pixels).

Body

  • Description: A required rich text editor for the main body of the email. You can use this editor to format text, add links, and include other media.

Active

  • Description: A radio button that determines whether the autoresponder is currently active and will be sent to leads.
  • Values:
    • Yes: The autoresponder is active.
    • No: The autoresponder is not active.
