Form Fields

This page lists the form fields that were added to the selected form. Use the gear icon to edit/delete them. You can click Add Field to add more fields to the form. There is also a sort arrow icon you can drag up and down to change the order of the fields. When you create a new form several built-in fields are automatically created for you, and they can only be made inactive if you don't need them.
