Add/Edit Form Field

This page can be used to edit the form field configuration.

Form Fields​

  • Field Name: The name used for the HTML form field input.
  • Label: The name of the form field displayed to the user.
  • Field Type: A select list of supported field types. Some field types allow setting additional options once selected.
  • Placeholder: A hint to tell the user how to fill out the field.
  • Help Text: A message to display above the field giving the user instructions on how to use it.
  • Default Value: Optionally provide an initial value for the field.
  • Required: If set to yes, the user will be required to enter a value for the field.
  • Active: If set to no, the field will not be displayed to the user.
