Add/Edit Form

This page allows editing the form configuration.

Form Fields​

  • Form Name: The title of the form to display to the user.
  • Lead Type: A unique lead type name to use to identify and route the lead later.
  • Description: Used to display a description to the user when the form is displayed.
  • Thank You Heading: Used to override the heading of the thank you page for a successful form submission.
  • Thank You Body: Used to override the body of the thank you page for a successful form submission.
  • Thank You Redirect URL: If specified, the user will be redirect to this URL after a successfull form submission.
  • Active: Used to enable or disable the form.
