Preview CMA Report

This page allows you to preview and send a Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) report. The report provides a detailed breakdown of a property's estimated value based on comparable listings.

View CMA Reports Page and click on the Admin dropdown menu (represented by a gear icon) next to a CMA report, then select Preview to view this page.

Report Information​

This section displays the core details of the CMA report, including information about the prospective client and the subject property. This data is pulled directly from the idx.cma table.

  • Report Titles: The primary and secondary titles that will appear on the report.
  • Client Information: The client's name, phone number, and email.
  • Property Information: The address, type, size, and other physical characteristics of the subject property. An image of the property is also displayed if a photo URL was provided.

Comparable Listings​

This section presents a list of listings used to determine the property's estimated value. These listings are categorized by their status: Sold, Pending, and Active and they are sorted by their similarity to the subject property.

Actions​

At both the top and bottom of the page, you'll find two action buttons:

  • Preview PDF: Click this button to generate a PDF preview of the complete CMA report. The PDF will open in a new browser tab or window, allowing you to review the final layout before sending.
  • Send CMA Report: This button sends the CMA report to the client's email address listed in the Report Information section. A confirmation prompt will appear to prevent accidental sending.
