Create CMA From CMA Inquiry

If the user submitted a CMA Inquiry form, you will have the option on the Admin gear icon for that lead to Create CMA From Lead on the Leads Page. This will take you to the Add/Edit CMA Report page with the lead's information pre-filled in the form.
