CMA Reports

The CMA Reports page is a hub for managing Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) reports.

CMA Reports are a premium feature which may not be available to all PeakIDX sites. If you do not see this option in your account, please looking into changing your payment plan to a higher tier or contact support for more information.

CMA Reports Table​

This table displays a list of all existing CMA reports associated with the currently selected site.

Actions​

You can perform the following actions from this page:

  • New CMA Report: Click the "New CMA Report" button to create a new CMA report from scratch. This action redirects you to the CMA Report Edit page.
  • Edit: Opens the CMA report for editing, allowing you to modify its details.
  • Select Listings: Navigates to a page where you can search for and select listings to include in the CMA report. This is particularly useful for adding sold listings to provide accurate comparables.
  • Send: Sends the CMA report to the client. A confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental sends.
  • Delete: Permanently removes the CMA report. A confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental deletion.
