Add/Edit User
This page allows administrators to manage user accounts. You can add new users or edit existing user profiles and permissions. The user will be invited via email to set their password or login and access the site after you create the user.
View Users Page and add or edit a user to see this form.
- Role: Select the user's role from the dropdown menu. The available roles are:
- Admin: Full access to all site features and settings.
- Agent: Access to manage their own profile and leads.
- First Name & Last Name: The user's full name. Both are required.
- Email: The user's login email address. This field is required.
- Title: The user's professional title (e.g., Realtor, Broker).
- Phone: The user's contact phone number. This is a required field.
- Website URL: The user's personal or professional website.
- Office Name: The name of the user's office.
- Description: A brief bio or description of the user.
- Agent ID: Enter your unique ID from the MLS for each data feed. This ID is used to feature your listings at the top of search results. Use the Lookup Agent ID link to search for your ID.
- MLS Office ID: Enter your unique office ID from the MLS for each data feed. This ID is used to feature your office's listings at the top of search results. Use the Lookup Office ID link to search for your office ID.
- Agent Photo: You can upload a photo of the agent.
- Office Photo: You can upload a photo of the office.
- Visible On Site: Toggle this option to control whether the user is visible on the public site.
- Re-send Invitation Email: This field appears only when editing a user that hasn't accepted the invitation yet. You can click yes and save to resend the invitation email.
