Users

This page allows you to view, create, and manage user accounts associated with your site.

View Users Page

User Creation

  • Create User: Manually create a new user account by filling out a form with their details, such as name, email and MLS Agent ID. This is typically used for adding new developers, employees or team members. New users will receive an email invitation to set their password or login and access the site. For security reasons, each user is in control of creating their own PeakIDX account and their own password. Be sure to follow up with them to ensure they have received the invitation email and created their account.

The Users Table

The main section of the page displays a table of all users that meet your search criteria including their Role.

Clicking the Admin button (represented by a gear icon) next to a user will open a menu with actions. The options available in this menu depend on your access level and the type of user you're viewing.

  • Edit: Modify the user's account details.
  • Send Password Reset Email: Send a password reset link to the user's email address. This is a common task for support agents when a user has forgotten their password. A confirmation dialog will appear to ensure you intend to send the email.
