View Contact

This page provides a detailed view of an individual contact. It's designed for quick reference, allowing you to see all relevant information about a Contact in one place.

View Contacts Page and click the Admin dropdown menu (represented by a gear icon) next to a contact, then select View to access this page.

Contact Information​

The Contact Information section displays core contact details and any comments associated with the Contact.

  • Name, Email, Phone 1, and Phone 2: The Contact's contact information.
  • MLS #: If the Contact originated from a specific property listing, this field shows the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) number. A link is also provided to view the full listing on the site.
  • Notes: Notes entered by the admin which are not visible to the contact.

Activity​

  • Created: The date and time the Contact was first created.
  • Last Login: The last time the contact logged into their account on the site.
  • Last Updated: The last time the contact's information was updated.
