This page is used to add/edit the details of the chatbot

Form Fields

  • Category: Used to organize your AI Chatbots in categories.
  • Name: Used as the title for the chatbot that the user sees.
  • Internal Description: Explain what the chatbot is for so admin users understand what is it for.
  • System Instructions: These are instructions the user's prompt can't override which limits how the AI chat will function and respond to the user.
  • Model Tier: Select the AI Model to use for this chatbot. Note that each model have different pricing. For more information and pricing on each AI Model, view the Model Pricing page.
  • Crawl Sites: Allow this chatbot to use one or more web sites to generate responses by checking the box next to the preconfigured crawl sites. To setup new crawl sites, click on the manage crawl sites page.
  • Welcome Message: Set the text that appears in the initial chat interface.
  • Max Messages Per Session: To prevent very long, slow and expensive conversations with AI, you can ask the user to start a new conversation after this many messages.
  • Max Sessions Daily: To limit cost, you can restrict how many sessions this chatbot can have per day.
  • Daily Budget: To limit cost, you can restrict how much money this chatbot can use per day before it is automatically disabled. Your site's daily budget on site settings will also be used to determine if this chatbot can continue running.
  • Active: Yes allows the chatbot to accept user prompts, No disables it.
