Listing Filter

Use the listing filter to control which listings appear on your real estate website. This page allows you to set criteria based on listing data, such as city, type, and price.

Filter Options​

The filter page contains a series of options to help you customize the listings displayed on your site. You can check boxes for specific listing types you don't want to show or enter comma-separated values for text-based fields like postal codes.

Minimum Price​

  • Field Type: Number
  • Description: Use this field to set a minimum price for the listings on your site. For example, entering 100000 will only show listings priced at $100,000 or higher.
  • Note: Setting a minimum price may cause certain listings, such as those for leases, to be excluded.

Postal Codes​

  • Field Type: Text
  • Description: Use this field to exclude listings based on postal codes. Enter multiple postal codes separated by commas (e.g., 12345, 67890).

Checkbox Filters​

  • Field Type: Checkbox
  • Description: These sections allow you to check which search criteria and listings to exclude from your site. Some fields may not be available depending on the MLS data.
  • Available Filters:
    • City: Filter listings by city.
    • Type: Filter listings by property type (e.g., residential, commercial).
    • Frontage: Filter listings by their frontage (e.g., waterfront, highway).
    • View: Filter listings by view type (e.g., mountain view, city view).
    • Sub Type: Filter listings by their sub type.
    • Style: Filter listings by architectural style.
    • Parking: Filter listings based on parking availability or type.
    • List Status: Filter listings by their current listing status (e.g., active, pending).
    • Status: Filter listings by general status.
    • Condition: Filter listings by their condition.
    • County: Filter listings by county.
