Zapier Integration

You can use our Zapier integration to connect to countless other apps that support Zapier to manage leads, including creating, updating, and retrieving lead information.

You can get started with our Zapier integration by logging into your Zapier account, and searching for PeakIDX when creating a new Zap. You will be asked to connect your PeakIDX account by entering your PeakIDX Site ID and API key, which can be found in your PeakIDX dashboard under Sites, then clicking on the Admin dropdown menu (represented by a gear icon) next to your site name, and selecting API Key.

When creating your Zap, you will be able to choose send new leads either direction. From PeakIDX to another app, or from that app to PeakIDX. Take care when mapping the fields between apps to ensure that the data is being sent to the correct fields.

Endpoints

You can create a trigger in Zapier for the following endpoints:

  • New Lead: This endpoint allows you to retrieve new leads that have been generated in PeakIDX since the last time you checked. You can use this endpoint to keep your CRM or other lead management system up to date with the latest leads from PeakIDX.
  • Create Lead: This endpoint allows you to create a new lead in PeakIDX or update an existing lead with new information. You can use this endpoint to ensure that your lead information in PeakIDX is accurate and up to date based on data from your CRM or other lead management system.

After selecting an endpoint, you will be able to test the connection and set up the trigger or action in Zapier. You will need to map the fields from PeakIDX to the corresponding fields in the other app, or vice versa, depending on the direction of the data flow.

Make sure to test your Zap to ensure that the data is being sent and received correctly before and after turning it on.

If you need help with setting up your Zapier integration, please reach out to our PeakIDX support team for assistance.

If you need to reset the Zapier Import Date, you can do so by going to the API Key page in your PeakIDX dashboard and clicking the "Reset Zapier Import Date" button. Use this option with caution, as it may result in duplicate leads if not handled properly.
