Cancel Account

This page provides information and options for canceling your subscription and managing your websites. If you're considering cancellation, we encourage you to contact us with any feedback you may have.

Contact Us​

PeakIDX is a service by Zgraph, Inc. You can reach out to us by phone or through a dedicated contact form:

  • Contact Form: Click the contact us link to be redirected to a form where you can submit an inquiry.

Cancel Your Subscriptions​

To cancel your subscription for any of your websites, you must do so on a site-by-site basis.

  1. Navigate to the Sites page from your account dashboard.
  2. Find the site you wish to cancel.
  3. Click the gear icon next to the site name.
  4. Select Edit Settings.

From the Edit Settings page, you have two options for canceling the site's subscription:

  • Option 1: Switch To Free Trial

    This option allows you to stop future billing while maintaining access to the site. The site will continue to function under the limitations of the free trial mode.

  • Option 2: Deactivate Site

    This option will immediately take the website offline, making it unavailable to public internet traffic. All features will be turned off.

After Cancellation​

Data for any deactivated sites will be retained for up to one year. This allows you to reactivate the site at a later date if you choose to do so.

Free Trial Limitations​

If you choose to switch to the free trial option, the site will operate with the following limitations:

  • Listing search results are limited to the first 20 results.
  • Listing photos are limited to the first 3 photos.
  • The public website will display messages indicating it is in free trial mode.
